The United States Navy violation of the 4th, 5th & 14th Amendment to the United States Constitution, along with EPA violations. The award of health care, prove to the fact that the Department of the Navy is responsible and liable for the contamination. Therefore should pay all tort claim brought against the United States Government, filed by these victims and their families affected. Legally they .........should be no arguments through the court systems, on compensation for these victims as a result of them being expose and the eff......ects of the toxins, that warrants health care. Toxins list that was listed and the chemicals that wasn't listed on the Camp Lejeune contaminated drinking water website. These are a list of the toxins I found through the EPA website, and these toxins has been in the water and soil above EPA, standards at Camp Lejeune for years: TCE, PCE, Benzene, Vinyl Chloride, Oil, Grease, Mercury, Lead, Battery Packs, Metal, Polychlorinated biphenyls, Pesticide, Polycyclic aromatic hydorcarbin, Xylene, Ethylbenzene, Dichloroethene, Perchloroethylene, Dense Nonqueous Liquid. Awarding these veterans health care services is the right thing to do, but this fight is not over. The 8,500 documented reports released by the DOD, was evidence needed, by the health care community investigating this issue. The suppression of these vital evidence, created a direct violation of the 4th, 5th and 14th Amendment to the United States Constitution, against those who have consumed and was exposed to these chemicals. The Department of The Navy, violated the 1974, 1986 and 1996 safe drinking water act, along with the violation of the 1972 clean water act. The Department of the Navy, is also in direct violation of the Toxin and control act. The responsibility and liability, is without a doubt the Department of the Navy's. Why haven't the Department of the Navy, been held accountable? Diseases presumed to have a connection to the contaminated water are: Esophageal, lung, breast, bladder or kidney cancer; leukemia; multiple myeloma; myelodysplasic syndromes; renal toxicity; hepatic steatosis; female infertility; miscarriage; scleroderma; neuorobehavorial effects; and non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.”

Does anyone really think that the Marine Corps or the Navy is going to admit to anything at all? We are talking about professional liars here

Its the same thing all over again just like they did when they learned about this in the 60's. They are trying to cover it up!

The Marine Corps/Navy sabotaged the ATSDR's first public health assessment by holding back critical evidence on the amount of the fuel lost and the high levels of benzene in the groundwater. The groundwater was the only source of drinking water aboard the base.

Now there throwing another hail mary trying to suppress the ATSDR's findings on there new water model, and the ATSDR is helping them. Great article.
