In my opinion there is only one way to make the government transparent. All federal employees involved with technolgy matters and spending uncle sams dough would be required to answer question from the public each quarter. The civil servant cannot have prepared remarks from counsel or a cheat sheet. Since this is so simple, is the reawson it will never work. All of the other ideas are a nice effort but falls short.
