Obivously you have never been there as a contractor it is substandard living conditions. It takes 7+ employees to take care of 1 troop. There is no Walmart to shop at so you are at the mercy of the only thing available, to support the troops, It's not KBR fault like in the contract it is the will of the Army or military above right and wrong, get your facts together everyone.
