"The Defense Contract Management Agency documents show that even before the recent internal Pentagon high-level review that led to the program restructuring and management changes, the program management office and Lockheed were already rewriting the development schedule for the sixth time in nine years."

Wow, that sounds familiar. Which program did I work on where we restructured the program every year for a decade or two? Was it space station or F-22? Oh yeah, it was both programs. Good thing you tax paying dolts never catch on to that game. By the way, keep paying us more to screw you because it's working out so damn well for the defense contractors. All the big ones made record profits this year, and it's all because of your stupidity. What would we do without you?
