I had a good laugh at what was produced. The Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), watchdog of agency entitlement, produced a dataset that was initially locked to the public, then released. The released dataset is faulty and missing a number of months in the series. Additionally, it also does not contain what the header suggests it might. Perhaps they should have had at least one person fact-check it before posting. On the other hand, I enjoyed how MSPB took the reader to a page touting "trasnparency." (They've since fixed the spelling)
