Bryan, by the way, since January we have witnessed several measures taken by the Obama Administration lending support to more openness throughout the federal government. POGO continues to urge the President to make publicly available the government's contractor and grantee responsibility database that was signed into law last year.

We believe it could even be integrated with the Office of Management and Budget's contract spending database, USAspending.gov. We also believe the Department of Defense revolving door database should be made publicly available.
