We all know how this ties into the oil industry, right?.. and who benefits from it... Politics and corruption, What happen to "We the people"?

But, indeed, DCAA is broken. Nice pivot -you do not want discuss DCAA negligence in Iraq. Stick to what is proven about Southern California.

Oh, and where was the Defense Contract Audit Agency??? Hmmm... identifying more than $10 BILLION in questionable or unsupported charges in Iraq reconstruction contracts. Interestingly, an administration official (contracting officer) was replaced after refusing to approve $1 billion of this amount - only to have the replacement CO APPROVE the billings! No, it's not just DCAA that is "broken!"
