Well said, Mr. Jackson! It's always worse in the end for the agency when they go after the whistleblower. Somehow that never seems to sink in though.

The Coast Guard should seriously consider bringing this to an end. Much like the Michael DeKort case, they can save the embarrassment of Congress giving Tony an award later for protecting lives thru the Whistleblower Protection Act today.
