The USAF has to get rid of soldiers so they can keep up the quota of money they are sending to their defense contractor buddies. After all, we don't need soldiers or weapons to keep our nation safe. No, what we really need is weapons development programs to keep us safe. Paper airplanes, paper tanks, and paper guns, haven't you heard, they are much better than the real thing.
