Has POGO been able to get any comments from Pat Fitzgerald, Shay Assad or Bob Hale on what DCAA and DoD are doing about getting DCAA access to the records they need to complete their audits? Are they all just ignoring the issue? At least the prior Director tried to do something about the issue. It seems that the issue just got buried as she was reassigned. Given the comments in DMIS that are shown in this posting, it is evident that DCAA has a systemic denial of access to records issue with contractors. Wonder how many times a FORM 2000 (fraud referral) has been issued when DCAA encountered a denial of access to records. Stay with this one POGO, we need you to be the champion to get DCAA auditors the records they need to complete their audits.
