Job Openings in the RIK Program: Rapid Promotion Opportunities!

It looks like Minerals Management Service (MMS) Director Randall Luthi was probably honest when he said that most of the wrongdoers in the recent scandal are gone--there are lots of job openings in the Royalty-In-Kind (RIK) program Lakewood office.  With the RIK program leadership exodus, I guess I shouldn't be surprised that Interior promises rapid promotion potential.  But, of course, if POGO gets its way, Interior will immediately phase out RIK.

Mandy, may I say I've been following your articles on POGO for weeks now. I find your writing so incisively powerful and your choice of content always stimulating. Forget the RIK program - you're the one who deserves rapid promotion.
