Didn't the GAO state that DoD IG had investigated the same allegations and DCAA had disagreed with the DoD IG's investigation results? (For example, see page 20 of the GAO report which stated that the DoD IG recommended that DCAA rescind the final audit report but DCAA did not do so. Case No. 4, Billing System, Contractor C, and Location 2.)

How many more investigations does DCAA want before it accepts the investigation results?
