The FPDS-NG website allows anyone to register on its site. The site contains standard reports that can query the database to obtain insight in current contracting actions, including the FY06 data. There is also an ad-hoc query capability that allows you to obtain any information included in the Contract Action Reports (CAR) that are completed for every federal contract action. The site provides guidance on how to use the standard reports and how to create the ad-hoc reports if the standard reports cannot provide the information you require.
