Intelligence Committee to Investigate Cunningham

The LA Times reports:

Rep. Peter Hoekstra (R-Mich.) said the [House Intelligence] committee would examine whether Cunningham had influenced spending on classified programs to benefit companies that offered him bribes, as well as whether he had used his access to classified information to give such companies an advantage.

Likely Cunningham co-conspirator Brent Wilkes's attorney declined to say if Wilkes's company ACDS had any intelligence contracts. But remember our post from yesterday?

MORE: Hopefully Wilkes' contributions to Hoekstra (chair of the House intel committee) won't skew the investigation.
